1970 C3 Corvette 454 4-Speed with T-TopsFor sale is a 1970 C3 454, 4-speed, with T-tops. This is an original numbers matching car with the engine never out of the car. A very solid car, doors shut very nicely and they line up nicely. I don’t think that the car has ever been in an accident. It has power steering, power brakes & 4 speed. This car was sold to a person in Gulfport, Mississippi, from JJ Chevrolet, and then sold to another Gulfport resident. The car has approx. 62K original miles. Rally sport wheels with Michelin tires. All this sounds really great, but now, for the “rest of the story.” The car went through Katrina and suffered damage from water and furniture bumping into it. The car belonged to a friend of mine and I bought the car from the insurance company. The car is sold with a salvage title. We flushed the car, body, frame, engine, trans, and rear end. It was a very nice riding car, all the suspension had just been rebuilt. It drove nicely, handled fairly well and was pretty fast. This car has the 390 hp. I have all of the rest of the interior parts, door panels, back window, and some misc parts. Really would like to see someone get this car, finish it and make a good driver out of it. The car is in storage and may be inspected at the Busted Wrench Garage Museum and Gift Shop, a free car museum (not a dealer) in Gulfport.
