this was my fathers car, he passed away a few years ago, he didnt have a will and his cars went into estate . I got his cars back to sell. This 1960 nomad in 1960 a nomad had 4 doors. He got from the orignal owner who keep it in his house till early 90s. The car was repainted after my father got it but, everything is orignal, trim,metal, the interior is amazing it has plastics covers from the 60s on the seats its not a restore, no rust at all i have never seen a nicer nomad Whare the car was sitting someone stole the air cleaner and carbs off of it!!. I had a local shop make plates and put a single carb just to get it running,and put short exhaust since it had rusted he also said the seal on the water pump is leaking bad its the orignal pump so you will have to get it rebuilt 'BEFORE you drive the car!!!!!! The car was sitting 5 years. The 348 was rebuilt in 2000, runs a little rough with one carb and makeshift carb plates. My father changed out to a different brake booster and th350 trans, i have the orignal power glide and brake booster that go with the car if you want to put it back. I did not detail the car some of the chrome is starting to rust and needs a wax. If you see this car you will be amazed how nice it is I know in 2005 he had the car insurance appraised for 35,000$ No reserve priced to go!!!
