Very Rare and Desireable 1931 Model-A Ford Deluxe Sedan Delivery. The sedan delivery bodies were built for Ford by Budd Body Co. and featured a cargo area almost five feet long and approx. four feet wide. While the basic Ford truck bodies had painted radiator shells and little bright work. The deluxe sedan delivery had a stainless radiator shell, stainless headlight buckets, cowl lights, single side mount and chrome bumpers, With the amount of space on the side of the body it was perfect for the proprieters advertising.
Just out of a estate with a very straight and solid body. All Steel. Needs some minor finishing work such as door panels, front fenders still in primer but excellent condition ready for paint. Rear window is out of door as the latch is being repaired and will be reinstalled. (spring broke). Updated with a steel top as this was a fairly common practice when the inserts fatigued.
