First off, try to build a Dart with these features for less than 15 grand. ($15,000). Here we have a 69 Dodge Dart that was made into a 68 HEMI Dart and raced that way for 9 years. Before that it was raced with a 440. I have owned this car for 20 years and it comes with a bill of sale. I also have easy contact with the former owner that purchased it in 1975 and sold it to me.
