Jaguar 1962 XKE Roadster for sale. These are the sexiest cars ever built! Georgeous white body with camel interior and an off-white linen convertible top. 6 cylinder, 3.8 liter original motor. The car is in good running condition and always starts right up. It is noisy in first gear and needs some tranny work (see below) The carbs. have been recently rebuilt, brakes have been redone, calipers are new/rebuilt and the brake lines are new. The fuel tank was cleaned and relined recently and it has a new fuel pump. The ignition system still has points and works well. This particular car is in need of a new paint job, new interior and new top. There is some rust on the car that will be taken care of during the paint and reno of the car. The car runs well but is rough in first gear. Seller will pay for all of the above for the buyer if we get the asking price of $55,000.00. The exterior needs to remain white/cream but the interior can be redone in any color the buyer would like as well as the convertible top. It's a gorgeous car! It just needs some TLC and attention.
