up for sale is 1971 gmc shortbed pickup, truck has a 402 bbc with a turbo 400, worked heads 272 crane cam, 850 dbl pumper, headers aluminum intake ,electric fuel pump, this truck is bar bones, no power steering, no a/c, power brakes that i added, in 71 the truck had factory disk brakes but not factory power brakes, this truck was bought new in tucson in 71, have a few papers on truck when bought new from jimmy gmc in tucson, truck has original paint minus front right fender, there is green underneith and has some rust on right fender only,truck has 3 in drop spindels in front and 3 in drop springs in rear, has brand new michelins ms tires on stock wheels, has dual flowmaster exhaust, truck is missing rear bumper and front bumper has ding in right corner, also missing left mirror and driver door button is pushed in and caulked sideways (but still works), this truck is not perfect but the truck is in good shape for its age, motor runs strong and is very fast, (if you can get it to hook up) it usually just spins the tires, trans is strong a shift smooth, the truck burns no oil and it passes emissions no problem. this truck turns heads everywhere it goes, this is one bad ass ride. would trade for diesel chevy or dodge or 3/4 ton 4x4 97 and up chevy ext cab or crew cab gas pickup, of equal value
