Up for sale is a one owner used Black 1998 VW Jetta GT in Fair Condition, manual transmission. (Title is free and clear). I Purchased this car New in 1998 , and have loved it ever since; it has never been in an accident or wrecked. I was going to fix eveything and get it ready for the road again however i just do not have the time or the space to keep it. The car runs strong, starts right up, the winter tires still have plenty of tread left , the windsheld is new and the interior is very clean. The exhaust from the catalytic converter back is brand new, the front flexpipe should be replaced this part is included. All electrical systems work except for the front fog light passenger side needs to be replaced (i never used them so i never bothered). Car Alarm works. Windows work all seals are good. There is a rip on the left side of the drivers seat down low which i taped up. The Tule rack is included with 2 bike carriers. The sony cd stereo with removable faceplate with a 10 disk cd changer works great . Spare tire is good never used. The AC - heater - defrosters - washer fluid work really well. The engine & Transmission has always run very strong will probably go to 300,000 ,, i have always changed the oil regularly and have added slick50 in every other oil change. Anyway i will do my best to list everything I believe it needs now for NH inspection. I had a Mechanic look at it last month and he gave me a list of what it needs. The Rocker panels underneath are rusty. I was going to get new ones from JC whitney for $100 And the Radiator Core support bar needs to be replaced; I priced this at a salvage yard in Southern NH they wanted $75.The Rear passenger tire wheel under the gas cap was rusty and was fixed by me. Also there was a rust under the drivers side floor that was repaired by me as well.This is everything i could possibly think to disclose about the car thanks for looking.
