This vehicle was purchased by me in 2003 from a local college student who was given the car from his ailing Grandmother. When I received the car, it essentially had no brakes. It was towed to a mechanic and stored there for the next 7 years. In 2010 I told him to fix the breaks and go over it from front to back and make sure it was safe and drivable. I have records of the break work and all the new hoses etc. that went into the car. Since that time the car has been with me and started op every 3 or 4 weeks. Unfortunately, I never registered the title while the car sat, and the DMV told me it has dropped off their computer system and I would have to see a Judge in order to force a title. I only have a buyers record paper with the VIN and Title number with the original owners name on it. My guess is that she passed away long ago. As you can see from the pictures, the outside of this vehicle is in rough shape due to rust, but the engine has ridiculously low miles and the interior is like a brand new car. The front windshield has a crack but all other glass is ok. The car runs perfectly but I am not excited about the hassle of going to court for a title. If you have use for this car for parts or a good 400 engine and are interested in hauling it from northeastern Minnesota, I am willing to cut some of my losses and part with the old girl and get some yard space back.
