This is a matching numbers T160 that runs. The bike is titled. This particular T160 is a late model with the anti-vibration foot pegs. The electric start functions, with the new modern battery we installed. The bike is running, and the motor sounds good. However, it is not a rideable motorcycle. The forks are locked up, they do not move at all. The braking system will need a complete rebuild. This is a running project bike, and an excellent start for a complete restoration. The inside of the tank is kinda rough. It will be a shame to chemically strip the original paint, but that is what must be done. It had been sitting idle for some time before it came to our shop. We did only the essentials to get it running. IT is not a 100% functional motorcycle. Some of the electrics are not working, and neither instrument seems to be in working order. We do not know how well the gearbox works, because it is not safe enough to test ride. There is no side stand on the bike. The center stand had broken into two pieces; we welded them back together to make the stand functional again. It starts easily and sounds good, but needs a lot of work.
