For Sale - My 1978 Ford Fairmont Futura with all original 302 V8 with working air conditioning and power steering with automatic transmission. The mileage says 20,000 but I am sure the car has more. I do not believe the car has 120,000 as the interior is to clean. The engine runs smooth and the transmission shifts and works great. The engine has an Eldebrock aluminum intake and 4 barrel carb and a new air cleaner and valve covers and shorty headers running to a dual exhaust. The interior is all original black leather/vinyl in great condition. There is only a single slight tear in the drivers seat seem. Door panels are great, dash is perfect, headliner is nice and the carpet is nice but faded slightly. All guages work perfectly. The car has had one repaint in silver. It has a few places that need touch up but the overall paint quality is very nice. The car came from W. Virginia and is very solid. See pictures. If your looking for a nice street car or want to do a Fox Body street and race car this is a great choice. All brakes work well and the fuel and break lines seem to be fine. The air conditioning works well but is the original old style frion. The power steering has some small leakes in the lines but also works well.
