Hi everyone! This is the Rover you were looking for! I am selling my beautiful 1998 Range Rover 4.6L HSE in Oxford Blue over Light Stone. In my opinion that combination and the Epsom Green over the Walnut color are the two quinessential Range Rover/British color choices! A few details about the car: I went through a lot of trouble to make sure I had a wonderful all around Rover, between reliability mods and maintinance, this has been an extremely well cared for P38! A/C blows cold, heat blows hot, air suspension is fully functional and operates perfectly. The truck has very low mileage compared to its peers, only 105,000 miles! When I bought the truck I gave it the FULL Rover service that I wanted (and any Rover fanatic) would want to keep it reliable for another 15 years! NEW: Headgasket job including new valve stem seals, decked heads, cleaned and pressured tested. NEW: Expansion tank and cap (the old one cap leaked a bit so I replaced both). NEW: Heater Core hoses and Optima battery. This truck was built to be reliable and avoid any of potential the pre-owned P38 problems. And be confident the mechanic that worked on the truck (your's truely), I am a Rover nut and even race one in the Baja 1000, the most tortous race for all trucks - if there is one thing I know, it's building and keeping a Rover tough! The truck has rides on Pirelli Scorpion tires and the optional Mondial wheels. The interior as mentioned is Light Stone with dark brown piping on the seats and carpet. Radio sounds great- the screen is a little tough to see at times, but everything works perfectly. The HVAC controls all work, the screen lights up perfectly and as mentioned cool A/C!! The trunk has a six disc changer and the OEM Rover lower tail gate protector! Sunroof works perfectly with no leaks. Headliner is perfect and has no sags!. 4WD High and Low work perfectly and shift smoothly. The truck drives like a dream and has plenty of guts thanks to the biggest engine offered! All lights work! NO check engine lights, ABS lights, service lights etc! The body is very good, straight and looks to be a much newer truck. There is a tiny crack in the front bumper that was there when I purchased the truck but is minor at best. I really love this truck, but I need some more space with the Baja truck and some other projects, so unfortunately it has to go and hopefully to a home that loves it as much as I do! It was brought to my attention that it looks like there is a small dent in the passenger side front fender near the bumper--- there IS NOT. It is just the shadow on the picture. The corner where the bumper meets the fender there is where the little crack in the bumper is located, but the fender is perfect!
