Up for sale is a very nice 1976 CB 550 Four that runs great. This bike gets lots of looks and comments whenever I ride it. I have owned this bike for about 10 years, and I have kept it inside a heated and air conditioned garage. I have hesitated selling this bike, but I do not have time to ride it along with my other bikes, so someone else should enjoy it. This is a 35 year old motorcycle and does come with some small scratches and other wear. I hope the pictures show the bike as I see it. The tires have great tread and may miles left, but are showing some weather checking at the bead, but I would not replace them yet if it was me. The tank looks clean and does appear that the previous owner may have used a red colored coating in it, but that was more than 10 years ago. I am no professional and I will try to describe and awnser any questions you may have. Below is a list of items that I have had done or replaced: Professional Honda mechanic carburator rebuild 2 months ago. New old stock Jardine Mufflers less than 25 miles ago. New Interstate battery 4 months ago. New Honda factory grips. New mirrors. New air filter. 4 new NGK spark plugs. Changed oil and filter 25 miles ago. I would not be afraid to get on this bike and ride anywhere. The only thing that needs done is the front brake caliper will stick sometimes and I have to tap the caliper and then it releases. I have bleed and put in new fluid, but the caliper will probly need rebuilt. Also the left turn signals do not light up when turned on. I just have not spent the time to check it out, since I use hand signals. The left does light up when running though as you can see in one of the pictures. A deposit of $250.00.
