For sale is a 1998 C5 hard top Corvette in Torch Red with black leather interior. At only 15000 miles this is one of the most pristine corvettes you can find on the market. My father bought this car new in 1998. He treated this like his baby, frequently taking better care of it than his own kids. He has been the only owner and it has been garage kept the entire time. My father is somewhat OCD so the car has been serviced and maintained meticulously. My father left the country a year ago so I've had the great privilege to look after his baby while he is gone. Unfortunately I'm unable to keep the car any longer and need to sell it. Since under my control I've put less than 2000 miles on it and it has been kept in my garage every night. The car is a beauty and drives perfectly. This corvette is the second year of the C5 body style. The numerous additional options include a 6 speed manual transmission, leather interior, sport bucket seats, Six-way dual power seats, the performance handling package and dual zone climate control. The manual transmission and sports suspension and seats make this specific car somewhat rarer than most of the C5's you'll find in this price range. From the manufacturer it's listed as 18 / 27 Mpg city and highway respectively but I've definitely averaged over 30 in 6th gear on the highway.Clean title in hand and I have all associated service documents. The car has never been in an accident or involved in an insurance claim.
