Payments And Deposits Successful high bidder must telephone us within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction. A $500 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit via Pay Pal is due within 24 hours. Full payment must be received within 7 business days of the end of auction. We accept cashiers check, approved bank draft, cash in person or certified funds. If funds are not received and alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first come, first serve basis. If upon personal visual inspection of the purchased vehicle at our facility you find a substantial discrepancy between the published report and actual vehicle, we will either correct the problem at no charge or refund all monies paid. Fees and Taxes We charge $150 documentary fee plus $45 for temporary permit for 45 days ( for out of states buyers it is a $89 charge) until you receive the title through the mail within 7-14 business days depends on the form of payment. All UT buyer will have to pay 6.85% of the sale's price, others will pay taxes in their states.
