We guarantee that you will receive a clean title which is free and clear of any liens. All monies must clear our bank prior to release of the title, no exceptions. If you pay cash, we will gladly hand you a title at time of delivery (if title is present). Keep in mind that Cashier Checks and Money Orders are not the same as Cash. Mechanically this Discovery is in great condition. The 4.6L Aluminum V8 starts right up, does not smoke, and idles smoothly! It has plenty of power and idles smoothly. The transmission shifts effortlessly through all the gears and the suspension is nice and tight. The Automatic Climate Control blows ice cold air and the heater works great as well. The sunroofs open and close without issue and they do not leak. This Rover has plenty of life left and I would trust it on a cross country trip!
Cosmetically this HSE looks amazing. The metallic Zambezi Silver paint has a deep glossy shine and all body panels line up nice and straight. All body panels are original as well as the paint. The undercarriage is clean without any rust issues. There are not any warning lights on the dash and no known issues with this Discovery!! I have been driving it back to forth to Fort Myers (a 60mile round trip) and have thoroughly enjoyed every mile!!!

It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.
Titles: We have most of our titles on hand. On occasion the title is in route from the Auction, Local Dealer, or Lienholder to us. We guarantee that you will receive a clean title which is free and clear of any liens. All monies must clear our bank prior to release of the title, no exceptions. If you pay cash, we will gladly hand you a title at time of delivery (if title is present). Keep in mind that Cashier Checks and Money Orders are not the same as Cash. Both have to clear the bank before we will send you the title. You can rest assured that we will promptly send out the title once funds have cleared if the title is in house. If you want to know the status of a title prior to bidding, feel free to call or email us. Like I said, we normally have all titles on hand but on occasion (which is seldom) the title may be in transit to us form whomever we purchased the vehicle from. As stated above, we are a licensed and bonded dealer. This ensures that you will receive a free and clear title from us.
Deposit and Final Payment: Paypal is accepted for your deposit only. We do not accept PayPal for the remaining balance regardless of your reasoning. For final payment we accept Cash in Person, Bank Wire Transfers, and Cashiers' Checks. Credit Cards can be used for the deposit but cannot and will not be accepted for payment of the remaining balance. The deposit is due within 24hrs of the auction close and final payment is due within 7 days of the auction close. No exceptions. Be prepared to complete this purchase.
Fee and Tax Information:
FEES: Milton Auto Sales is a licensed and bonded dealer. We are headquarted in Alpharetta, Ga and our Satellite location is in Punta Gorda, Florida. Ga residents will pay sales tax and an $18 title fee. Florida residents will be responsible for sales tax when they register this vehicle at their local tag office. All other buyers will be responsible for sales tax according to their local laws. We charge a $250 Doc Fee to all buyers including other dealers.
