1954 Bel Air unrestored original 2-door highly optioned low mileage very nice !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Okay classic Chevrolet fans - here is a fantastic survivor that can be enjoyed AS-IS. This Bel Air comes about as highly optioned as any I have ever seen. It has powerglide automatic transmission, Power Steering, Power front seat, Power front windows, EZI glass all around, fender skirts, dual outside mirrors, all side window rain shields, dual horns, door edge quards, deluxe heater, front top fender spears, front fender deluxe gravel quards, front deluxe bumper guards, and rear deluxe bumper quards ! The factory applied Turquoise paint is 90% + original. Original seats, door panels, carpet, headliner, rear package tray still 98% excellent. Small wear thru on drivers side seat near power seat switch - see photo. White paint insert on passenger side needs repair - see photo. Lower bottom of rear fenders just beginning to show small bit of rust. Trunk is perfect with original GM rubber mat still intact. Every thing operates smoothly unless otherwise noted, see below. There is alway a bit of bad with the good, so I will be honest about this as well. The factory in-column blinker switch does not operate the blinker system. The car, belive it or not, was ordered with a RADIO DELETE, thus the block off plate, a bit odd to say the least. Just rebuilt the carbuerator, flushed the gas tank, installed new fuel filter, have new oil filter & oil to go new owner. Drivers glass has been replaced at one time and it is not date coded, rest is GM. The drivers wing vent window has what appears to be a BB gun target and I would imagine this is why the side glass was replaced. There is no frosting, glazing, or cracks on windshield. The chrome on front & rear bumpers are excellent considering they are 57 years old. They are lazer straight. Grille is as good as it looks in photos. None better unless you spend thousand dollars on a restored unit to compete with it. Just remember "unrestored original" means it was at a 100% 57 years ago, and now you must understand this is an amazing survivor garage queen. If you own it enjoy it for what it IS, please do not worry about restoring it, they are only original ONE TIME !!! You will love it if you own it.
