2005 SUZUKI HAYABUSA - Custom Paint For auction is an original owner, adult ridden '05 Hayabusa. Bike was originally black/silver, but has been custom painted to the deep Candy Red and Black as shown. This is not a cheap paintjob. Bike's body was disassembled and completely painted by a professional Auto restoration shop. The rest of the bike is stock, except for a very neat undertail and hugger, and factory gelseat. Only 5,000 miles. The pics don't do justice to the paint - its 100% show quality, far better than stock paint. If you have any questions or would like to see pics of the painting process just ask. ADDITIONAL INFO: Lots of people writing to ask for more pics and details, so here it is: The reason for the paintjob was due to bike being tipped over at a street corner/turn. (see the photos) I was lucky to have a buddy with a high end resto shop who owed me a big favor, so he took the bodywork apart, replaced the nose and front fender, sanded it down and laid on the custom paint. To make sure it went back together, I had the bodywork reassembled a the Suzuki shop. Bike is straight and clean, the ONLY damage was scrapes on the panels and bodywork, NO other damage. Not a single scratch on the frame or any other mechanical part. You'd have to see the paint to appreciate the level of quality here, the paint literally looks wet. It kills me to sell it, but my current situation gives me no riding time, so its sitting in the garage. Best of luck! Any other questions, just ask. Its not a new bike, but with the new paintjob it sure looks that way. Tires and brakes are original, but still in great condition. Oil was always changed, and most recently at 4900 miles. There are no major scratches, marks, etc on the bike. There is a small tear on the rear passenger seat, see new photo attached. Good Luck!
