1974 mercedes 240d do not know actual mileage. clean rust free california body. .needs mechanical repairs engine starts and runs fine. automatic transmission does not work. car just creeps along no matter what rpm the engine is at. brakes need repair as they need to be pumped to grab. i suspect air in the line. interior is ok. seats and door panels nice. dash is cracked. I bought it because I liked the rust free body. did not know it needed transmission and brake work. good car to restore. body is straight and beautiful. paint faded. tires near end of their life. will need to be towed home. sean
