1949 Ford 1/2 Ton Delivery Panel Van Ground up restoration, 95% complete. All of the major work has been done. Chevy powered 350 cubic inch engine, all chromed out, 650 double pumper carb with aluminum high-rise intake, single wire distributor, Hogger headers, cross flow radiator, etc.. The transmission is a 350 turbo with override, and has a B&M quick shifter. Complete new brake system: master cylinder (double line), adjustable proportion valve, all new lines, flex lines, wheel cylinders, and brake shoes. New drive shaft and joints. Complete new wiring system with new fuse panel. All new lights; headlights are halogen, rear lights are LED. Hundreds of hours spent on: sanding body down, self-etching primer (ready to paint your color). Welding work has included cutting out rusty floors, welding all new floors and rockers in. Before the engine was installed, the engine compartment was all sanded down and POR was applied to the entire compartment. New windshield and rubbers seals, new rear glass as well. The truck runs, drives and stops. It needs the exhaust from headers back to be installed. I have stainless steel moldings for hood and grille. Bucket, 6-way power seats have been mounted into the cab. The rear wheels shown in the pictures will not be included; I have four, matching wheels (same as the front wheels shown in the pictures). More parts than I have listed will be included. This is a perfect project for someone to finish and have themselves a highly profitable classic. All of the body work has already been done. Needs paint and finishing work. My lack of time needed to finish it forces sale. Local pickups allowed.
