For sale is a 1966 Ford Mustang Coupe with a High Tech Restoration Every classic automobile enthusiast has a soft spot for the most iconic classic car in america. The 65-66 Mustang. So in February of 2001, I bought one. It was not perfect but had a clean body and was all original right down to the inline six which was still rumbling along. Like most classics in peoples garages, she sat, waiting for the right time and availability of funds to bring her back to life. About 2 1/2 years ago, I undertook this project and built what I know to be what myself and the majority of car lovers today would love to own. A classic mustang, with a classic look, a classic interior, and the ability to know that I can always just get in and drive it to work, the store, the beach, car shows, or anywhere else no matter how far away.
