Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 If you like this body style Ford, you will be hard pressed to find another as solid and straight that runs and drives as this one does . 1972 Ford Ranger XLT long wheelbase, rangoon red, 302 V8, automatic, power steering, manual brakes. This truck is Very Solid, The bed, tailgate, floor pans, low fenders, rockers, cab corners, bottoms of the doors are all SOLID. NO BONDO. There are about 4 to 5 pinholes in the backside of the tailgate. Padded dash has some small cracks that can be patched easily. Seat has gorilla tape on the drivers side See Pic, but is still very soft and comfortable. Driver door was replaced sometime and there is a small area on the side of the driver side bed that was repaired when the truck received it's only repaint in the late 1980's, see pic. Truck needs a new set of tires and the exhaust needs a new pipe in front of the muffler. Runs good and strong, does leak some oil as all of these do, but nothing major. Transmission shifts good. If you want to have the exhaust repaired so you can drive it home, there is a shop down the block that you can pay to do so. All glass is good except the windshield has a crack. Lights work, blinkers work. Previous owner installed a push button start switch, I guess out of fear of it being stolen? Works fine and will not crank the truck without the key in the switch. Paint is faded , really needs a good repaint, Bed not all beat up like most, truck appears to have been garage kept most of it's life. Odometer reads 30,000 I believe it's 130,000 No title as Georgia is a non title state on vehicles this old, HOWEVER, comes with up to date Georgia registration which can be used with a bill of sale in your state to register and plate the truck. I am the 2cd Owner of this truck only selling due to loss of finances. Very low fair reserve, bid with confidence.
