1977 Trans Am. 6.6 400c.i.d. 19,774 original miles. Yes, original, not rebuild miles. It has been in my family since 1978. When my Father passed away in the 80's Mom kept it registered until 89. That is the last registration and it has been in storage since then. About 7 years ago the building it was in was sold so I moved it out and put it in a friends car collection. It has been there since. Time to move on and find a new home. Body has zero rust and never has had any. There are areas of the body that need work from previous collision repairs and some minor dings. Mostly on the left fender, door and quarter panel. (crows foot lacquer paint cracks and peeling on door skin) Mechanicals are all 100% original including brakes and exhaust. Runs great! I take it down the road a couple times a year. Tires have flat spots from sitting and some cracking, tires show ok but I would not trust them long. Vehicle shows very good even with blems. Deluxe interior is in very nice condition. Carpets are not worn, seats are not worn or broke down at all. First owner did not like the sholder belts and cut them from the lap belts, this was way before seatbelt laws! They could probably be retrieved and sewn in place. There is one burn in the center console right next to the shift indicator. (I did that as a dumb kid) Headliner has dropped slightly like all do. There is a pair of 6x9's in the rear parcel shelf that are not original. Door panels are nice, one small crack next to the fastening screw. Glass is all excellent. Trunk mat is nice including the under mat insulation. Space saver, inflator canister and jack are all there. Spotless trunk floor. You will find a copy of the build sheet in the pictures. It will answer lots of questions about the car. I you want to see something that is not in the pictures please be specific as to what you need and I will try to send it. OK, Now the important part. This is for sale localy also so I reserve the right to end the auction early. Please don't ask me to reveal my reserve. I will expect a 500.00 deposit within 24 hrs after close of auction. The remaining balance will be cash in my hand. I WILL NOT sell this car unless I meet You or your legal Agent at my house. At that time if you feel I misled you on this auction and you don't want the car for whatever reason I will refund your deposit less my ebay listing fees, we will shake hands and you will go on your way. I will not ship this car. I hate selling cars and I want a clean deal. Ask your questions, be informed. I will be straight forward, please give me the same courtousy!
