She runs and drives great, just completed a $700 service and safety inspection and have the receipt to show work performed :) February 13th of 1978 was an EXITING month for Mrs. Brown of San Jose California. Her husband went down to Stevens Creek Volkswagen in San Jose California and bought this as a surprise for his wife for Valentines day. It was originally beige and repainted white shortly after it was given to his wife as that was the color she desired. Amazing part is, it still looks very straight, presentable, and shiny for a driver. Included in the sale are the original warranty books, owners manual, and original dealer service stamps, which many collectors strive for and few achieve. This bus is in nice condition for its age. It runs and drives great with its correct 2000cc fuel injected engine connected to a smooth shifting transmission. The interior is in very nice original condition. The headliner is PERFECT and retains all 3 original seats. It still has its original Sapphire IX AM-FM radio. While in my care, it has undergone all necessary needs to create and preserve its reliability to its highest potential. It runs and drives great. All lights and blinkers are working as they should, Tires are good, new battery, clear California title in hand. This bus is 100% SOLID as a ROCK. With a few minor dings and scratches over the years, it sports a nice appearance. Not many left in this condition. Overseas buyers are welcome to bid. Good luck and happy bidding.
