1977 Mercedes Benz 240D Showing 205,000 Miles -NO RESERVE!!- 2.4 Liter Non Turbo Diesel Engine Turn The Key Wait For Glow Plugs She Fires Right Off Smokes Some When Cold No Smoke At All When Warm -Backed By A Smooth Shifting Automatic Trans i Bought This With Intentions Of A Daily Driver But I Have Since Bought A Jetta Diesel & The Mercedes Must Go- I Have Driven This Car Everyday Back & Forth To The Shop For About A Week & The Only Things I Have Done Are Put On Four New Tires & Changed The Fuel Filter It's Been Cold Here & Starts Nice Runs ABout 170 Degrees Blows Nice Hot Heat- Interior Wise (see pics) The Carpet "floor mats" Are Missing But Everything Else Is In Tact & In Fairly Nice Shape The Pioneer Cd Player Works The Seats Look Real Nice For The Age,The Cigarette Lighter Works (had to use the gps) Exterior Wise (see pics) The Body Is Strait, Clean & Solid Still Has It's Original Color Matching Hubcaps!! Does Have Some Small Rust Bubbles & Some Paint Imperfections Thats Expected Of A 77' Included In This Sale Is The Following Extra Parts(see pic): left & right taillamps, steering gear box, rear window weatherstrip,bosch injector pump that was rebuilt about 2 years ago with hardware & a set of brake pads Also Have Most Of It's Original Paperwork & Ticket From Germany!!
