Vehicle Detail
RELISTED DUE TO NON-PAYING BIDDER. This is an AUCTION. To the uneducated, you are not bidding on a right to first refusals. I will accomodate anyone who wants to inspect the car during the auction. Once the auction is closed, the winner has to pay a deposit (as outlined below, both this time and in the first auction) before being allowed to come and pick up the car. This is not a sale on approval. You win it, you bought it. If you have no intention of checking out the car, buying it, or paying for it, then DO NOT BID. This site is for adults who want to buy things. Up for sale is my 2003 Nissan Altima 3.5SE, 6 cylinder, 5 speed stick shift. I am the original owner. PLEASE NOTE- THE ENGINE NEEDS WORK. The timing chain slipped and probably jumped. I have not attempted to drive the car since, and the engine has not been torn down. The car is not drivable, and MUST be towed. Please don't ask me if it will make the trip to Kentucky for your honeymoon. It won't (unless your new bride wants to travel in the cab of a flatbed). Everything on the car worked well otherwise. The car is being sold as is and where is. I owned this car since July 2003 when it had 7 miles on it, and it has been paid off since 2008. The title is clear. The car served me well, and was never in an accident. The body has a few small dings and scratches, and was mostly highway driven. The paint still holds a nice shine. The transmission and clutch are both tight, and the rest of the car is in very good shape. The interior is black cloth, and only slightly sun faded in a couple of spots. It is not torn or cracked inside, and looks good. I am selling this car with NO RESERVE. It will go to the highest bidder. In running condition it would be worth an easy $5,000. If you have the know how, a repair shop, or a spare engine, then you can have a decent and rare car for much less than the book value. It is a fun car to drive with the stick shift. The brakes and tires were recently changed. I will not sell to anyone who has a new Ebay account, or less than 10 REVIEWS. I will not sell to international bidders, and I will not accept any checks with shipping money included to be sent along to Western Onion in Canada. I know all of the Craigs list scams, so please don't try. Please do not bid if you can't afford the car, or have no intention of honoring the terms of the auction. The car is located on Long Island, New York.
