BANK OWNED 2000 Suzuki TL1000S Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE Clean Wisconsin Title in the Bank's name. There are no keys.I don’t know the mileage because there are no keys. The title (printed in March 2005) states 10,300 miles. All body parts are in fair to good condition. None have cracks that I could see on a quick inspection.Road rash on the right side (intake scoop, turn signal, mirror, engine case cover. Body side panel has been replaced. No mufflers, left mirror, windshield.Driver’s seat cracked.Since there are no keys, I have not started the bike or checked lights. This bike will be sold to the high bidder AS IS WHERE IS.Fright, if required, will be completely up to the winner. If it needs to be shipped and I need to assist, there may be additional charges (i.e. crating).Delivery is available for $2.50/loaded mile (one-way mileage). I have a $500 local offer on the bike, so I will not be taking any less than the $501 opening bid. Please look at the pictures closely. If you have any questions, please let me know.Wisconsin Residents will be required to pay me the sales tax, title transfer fee, registration fees, etc. and I will take care of all the paperwork. Additional Information I seem to be getting a lot of questions about the ownership of this bike, the condition of the title, and the process of transferring the title to the winner of the auction. The previous owner defaulted on his loan. The bank repossessed the motorcycle. The bank applied for and received a CLEAR title (with no liens listed) from the state of Wisconsin. The title has the owner listed as the bank. The bank does not sell repossessed vehicles directly to customers. They consign them to licensed Motor Vehicle Dealers.I am a licensed Wisconsin Motor Vehicle Dealer and the bank has consigned the motorcycle to me to sell for them. I am, in fact, their agent in this deal. (Signature Cycles, Wisconsin M.V. Dealer# 3702) I have the title in my possession and a consignment agreement on file to comply with WI state law.I will process all paperwork to the new owner on behalf of the bank. The buyer will pay me and I will, in turn, pay the bank the proceeds of the sale.
