For sale is my wife's Cabrio VW Karmann edition. Car is a CLASSIC, white on white (leather) original paint, with automatic transmission.  Mechanically the car is in very good condition, runs strong and shifts smoothly, plus the A/C does work.  My wife has been driving it regularly for the past six months with no problems.  The car looks very good considering it's age, but it does have a few minor rust spots and scratches that you can see in the pictures.   The odometer stopped working at 89K around two years ago, pretty shortly before the fuel pump went out on the previous owner and he parked it in his garage and left it there until I bought it about six months ago.   It shows as exempt on the title.  If I were to guess the car has around 92K.  Vehicle's mileage is exempt on the title.  It has an estimated 92K.   Since buying the car I replaced/fixed many items (and I have receipts for most) including: New tires Alignment Gas tank Primary fuel pump Secondary fuel pump Injectors Injector fuel lines CIS (fuel injection system) Fuel filter Distributor Spark plug wires Spark plugs Battery Radiator AC condenser Transmission fluid flush with new filter and strainer Aftermarket Pioneer CD player with Pioneer speakers The car also comes with the manual and the original radio.  As mentioned previously, the car runs and looks very good for it's age, but it does take two or three tries before it starts when it's stone cold but it turns over right away after the initial start.  There is also a minor exhaust leak that I have not had a chance to fix.  Top does NOT leak, but it does have a small tear on the interior portion of the canvas, which does not affect the functionality. I also cannot seem to get the center vent to blow air however the side vents work well.    Keep in mind that while the car is in very good shape considering it's age, it is a 23 year old car, so please don't expect everything to be perfect.  Car is sold AS IS.
