1966 Shelby GT 350 H. This shelby is one of the Hertz Rental cars that were offered to the public at various airports. This is an early shelby ( 731 ) that is equipped with over ride traction bars. The numbers have been confirmed through the shelby american automobile club by mr. howard pardee. The car was taken apart and totally rebuilt. The rear was rebuilt with brand new 3:50 gears. New leaf springs, shocks, brakes all around. New gas and brake lines. All new suspension up front. The seats, carpet, door panels, dash and headliner are all new. The 289 hi-po although not original to the car is a correct k stamped engine. The engine has been totally gone through and runs great. The transmission is a toploader with all new clutch disc, throw out bearing and pressure plate. This shelby does have a reserve but is reasonably priced. Any questions can be answered by rob.
