BID NOW!!! 1987 Ford Thunderbird Turbo Coupe 2.3 4cyl Intercooled Turbo 5 Speed Manual Transmission 4 Wheel Disc Brakes Factory 16" Wheels Factory Posi Traction 8.8 Rear End Motor Trends Car of the Year 1987 BETTER THAN THE 5.0 OF THE SAME GENERATION!!! This car is nice! Gray and Black Leather interior in near Mint condition (not even any drivers bolster wear) Console works and latches as it should, all controls for power windows, locks and power seats work as they should. Air Conditioning BLOWS ICE COLD!! Car doesnt have any dents, just a few minor rock chips (very hard to notice but there if you look for them) and a small riple in the hood (see if you can find it, very hard to see) where a box fell in my shop and barely wrinkled the hood near the windshield. Not a dent just a ripple if you look for it, kind of fits into the body line good... Engine Runs and boosts as it should. Engine remains stock however it does have a cone filter professionally installed to replace the original air box that did the turbo no favors. Does not smoke knock tick or run funny at any time, never has. Always runs on premium fuel and has had oil changes (with service records and receipts) every 2500-3000 miles with premium parts. Transmission is the same, clutch has very good motion consistent with the way it should feel, always grabs good and shifts like butter in every gear. You may notice the exhaust in the back, it is straight (no mufflers, nothing, I can have a new Catalytic Converter installed locally for $150 additional, it is not fitted with one at the moment) and brand new, 3" down to 2.25" duals in their factory locations. The car breaths very good with this system and could be quieted down a bit if you would like it that way, right now it is a little bit rumbly when you get on the throttle, but quiet and very driveable if you are not leaning on it :) The pictures otherwise pretty well speak for themselves in showing the condition of the car. I get compliments EVERY TIME I drive it. It has always been stored indoors and has rarely seen rain never any bad weather. It has been a third car for the house that is what kept the maintenance so frequent and the miles so low. I do have the factory air box with a good useable filter and all of the hardware to re-install it. The car still has the o2 sensor and EVERYTHING ELSE IT CAME WITH besides the factory radio. NOTHING WAS CUT OR REMOVED FOR THE SAKE OF THE EXHAUST OR INTAKE, IT COULD ALL BE STOCK IN MINUTES WITH NO HASSLE.
