You are viewing a 1970 Cadillac Coupe Deville Convertible. The exterior is black and in great condition for the year. The exterior is not perfect and does have a few flaws. Please look at all the pictures I did my best to show everything in the pictures or call we will be happy to talk to you. The top is black and looks to be new. The tires still have a lot of tread life remaining. The interior is a red leather that is pretty clean. The dash looks good needs a vent and a speaker cover. Will try to find before delivery. Michanically the car runs great and everything seems to work. All and all this is a very nice car that still needs a little work. Because we sell our cars at wholesales prices, all sales will be charged a modest $399.00 dealer fee for courier and other expenses that we incur to complete each and every transaction. This fee is necessary so that we can continue to be very competitive.

Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. Please understand that you are purchasing a previously owned vehicle, and it may have normal wear and tear typical for their year. A car that is 3 years old is going to show less wear than a 7 year old vehicle. Expect some minor scratches, bug and rock marks, little dings, paint and interior wear. We have tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Unless stated in the listing or shown in photos we do not have manuals, extra keys, floor mats, navigation disks, etc.WE welcome any pre-buy inspections.

Terms & Conditions
Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 3 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
If you are not sure about something, please ask! Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.

Fee and Tax Information: OUT OF STATE BUYERS: We have a nominal processing fee of $399, E Tag Filing Fee $79.95 for out of state buyers picking vehicle up from our lot(this is for the 30 day tag for your return trip), if out of state buyer driving vehicle from our lot the state of Florida does require we collect the sales tax on behalf of your state (FYI...some states do not have sales tax to find out if not sure). You will be provided a notarized affidavit to present to your state when registering the vehicle as proof you have already paid.
FLORIDA RESIDENTS: We have a nominal $399 processing fee on each transaction. We are required by law to collect Florida sales tax and county surtax if applicable. Florida Residents will be responsible for title/tag fees including tag transfer or new tag and a $30 courier/filing fee. If you do not have a tag in your name(not husbands, girlfriends, etc)must be in your name then you will need to pay the $79.95 E Tag Filing Fee for the temp tag to drive vehicle in addition to your new tag and a $30 courier/filing fee. (If you prefer not to pay the $79.95 for temp tag you may come pay us in full and wait to come back to pick up the vehicle once the tag is back (1-2 days just depending on time of day you arrive).
