Hi i am selling my 1984 Porsche 944 due to financial circumstances, just got married, fixing up a home and have no time for a play car anymore. I bought this porsche about a year ago with the hopes of fully restoring it and turning it into a fun weekend toy. But now i do not have the time to complete this project. The vehicle has just over 100k on it now, i have put about 400miles on ther car since i bought it, it has spent more time under a car cover! I have had alot of maintenance and performance upgrades done within the past year, i will list these: - Tires are like new with less than 500 miles on them -fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator , and fuel filter have been replaced - Ignition coil was replaced with a MSD BLASTER coil - New alternator -new belts -Performance air filter -All new coolant temp sensors and fan switch -TIMING BELT KIT done, new timing and balance shaft belts, all new idler and tension bearings -updated water pump installed -Cam tower gasket replaced, new intake gaskets, all new front balance shaft cam and crank seals -air/oil separator o rings replaced -AC delete -4-1 long tube header installed ( high temp paint used and thermal wrapped) -custom made intermediate pipe and forza exhaust installed (stainless muffler) -clutch was replaced at 85k by previous owner -brakes replaced by previous owner -shocks/struts replaced -hood and trunk struts replaced -rear wiper delete kit -o2 sensor replaced -shifter bushing replaced and custom carbon fiber shift knob installed -center console gauges replaced with new vdo ones , and a air fuel meter -Grant steering wheel -projector headlights installed with h4 bulbs -front bumper is shaved and a under bumper license plate mount installed ALSO INCLUDING A SET OF 15" phone dial wheels -New sony head unit with pioneer speakers The things that need attention: - key needs to be used to lock driver door -sunvisors need new clips -dash cap needs to be adhered to dash ( i have the adhesive) just havent had time -Car needs paint, driver door and quarter have spider cracking paint Planned on having the car resprayed but do not have the funds to do so at this time, i need to purchase a more family oriented car Car has been great, was hoping to finish her but cannot do so at this time, all the major maintenance and performance upgrades have been done. I always get compliments on the car and will be sad to see it go, i always enjoy taking a spin in this fun car.
