This is my 1996 Impala ss.. It is a true ss, not a clone... Has the 5.7 liter lt1 v8 engine...Automatic transmission with 130,000 miles... The body is in great shape, the interior has a few minor issues but nothing that cant be fixed by someone who loves these cars and truely wants it back to mint condition... Leather Interior, Average rips in drivers seat, and one in the passenger seat as well... Backseats are good though. Headliner is intact not falling down at all...dash is not cracked at all and has had a dash cover on it until i took it off recently... Power EVERYTHING, mirrors,windows ( back passenger window doesnt go down or up, havent looked into it yet.), locks, seats, etc... stock cd player. Tires are bout 85-90% tread. No shakes or rattels when you drive it... I will be doing a tune up on this veh before auction end... has the stock 17 inch rims. Hasnt been lowered or tampered with... Only thing done to this ss is that I put a k&n cold air intake kit on it... Paid almost $300 for it... I will upload some pictures after I take some today after I clean it up a bit more of course... SO watch this item for pics to be posted... I would give the exterior a 7-10 and the interior a 7-10 as well. I am a critic though and except nothing but perfection so small things bother me... It runs and drives great doesnt leak any fluids to my knowledge or burn any either.... power antenna still goes up and down... I tried to capture a picture of any known damage to the car.. I dont want there to be any surprises for the potential buyers.. So no matter how small I would like to show the faults... Please see in pics what i describe below.... Obvious rips in drivers seat, one rip in passenger seat, Crack on drivers side arm rest on the door, small crack on passenger side arm rest on the door and one of the little covers for the screw that holds the handle on, see same pic... Scufs in paint on front bumper, scufs in paint on rear bumper by gas door/license plate holder. Now i will try to walk you through some of the pics.. Original window sticker pic of $26,000, door tire loading information sticker,original keys with 2 door keys,1 ignition key, 2 original chevy key fobs, that both work.Back seats are clean and in good shape,roof is in good shape, both back door panels in good shape,tire tread in good shape,has the stock exhaust, which need to have some flowmasters put on it.. haha... but exhaust is good no known leaks...Original " CAUTION , close all windows above 140mph " sticker, that is extremely rare to still have after 15 years. ss stitching in the headrests , pic of the motor with only mod being the k&n air intake. Haha, sorry I had an email and someone pointed out something I forgot to explain... It is a original ss, not a clone... The original window sticker has the vin number on the bottom to verify it is a true ss.. I dont have the emblems for the impala on it anywhere on the exterior,reason being, I had the clear coat redone on the roof do to faiding and the shop never put them back on, they were left in the trunk and I havent put them back on yet... I bought it for a project car that has sat in my garage due to a new addition to the family... anything else I will continue to add updates as I think of thing.. Hopefully there isnt anything else...
