I bought this truck in December 2009 with 21,161 miles. I bought it from the daughter of the original owner who was settling an estate. The daughter that showed me the truck was with her Dad when he bought it new on July 24, 1996 at Mt. View Ford in Chattanooga, TN. It is a 1996 Ford F250, extended cab, short bed, two wheel drive. It is powered by the 7.3 power stroke diesel, auto trans with 3:55 gear. Power windows, locks, tilt, cruise. Color is Toreador Red Clearcoat Metallic. Interior is Ruby Red cloth. Current mileage is 23, 928 but could change some. I have the original window sticker, sales brochure, owners manual, drive-out tag and etc. This truck has always been garaged. Never used as a work truck. No hitches or holes in the bed. He did have a spray in bed liner put in but there is not a scratch on the bed liner. All original paint, body panels, etc. The bright molding around the windshield and all rubber around the glass still looks new. Original carpeted floor mats, with plastic covers on top in excellent condition. Seats, carpet, headliner, dash all as new. Original AM/FM cassette radio. Nothing has been steam cleaned or pressure washed. No touch up done on under carriage or engine bay. All I did was wipe the dust off the engine and put a coat of wax on the truck. No engine mods. All bumpers grill and molding still in excellent condition. No odors, smoking or pets. All aluminum wheels in excellent condition. It had the original tires when I bought it. They had no cracks but they were 14 years old so I replaced them with Michelins. The spare is original. In my opinion this is about as new as it gets for a 15 year old truck. It is hard to find a truck this nice with all the paperwork and history on it from the time it left the showroom floor. I reserve the right to end the auction at any time. Title in hand.
