1974 Buick Apollo 4 Door 350 cid V8 engine,TH350 Auto Trans Column Shift, 10 Bolt Rear. As far as I can tell this may be a pretty rare car. This is almost a totally unmolested Apollo. The only changes to this car are the following. The previous owner removed the a/c compressor and the 2 lines connected to the comp. The factory am radio is still in the dash but does not work as the previous owner disconnected the power wire to supply a sound system that he had mounted in a box that he had secured to the floor which he removed. There are 2 holes in the package tray the size and shape of speakers which were also removed by previous owner. As far as I can tell these are the only changes to the factory equipment. This Apollo is in incredable condition for a car of this age. The only rust in the car is as follows. The left front fender at the lower rear of the fender has a spot about 4 inches square that looks like it has been repaired with bondo. The right front fender is same as left. There is no rust on the fenders other than the spots mentioned. Both lower rear quarters have rusted out at the bottoms and rust thru around the wheel wheels and in front of the wheel wells. The whole quarters do not need replaced just the lower part. The rest of the car is rust free. I have been all over under the car and the floors are solid, the frame is solid, the trunk floor is solid( there is a small spot of surface rust inside the trunk. The chrome on the rear bumper looks like new. The chrome on the front bumper looks good but has one spot where the chrome is peeling near the bottom close to the license plate bracket. The interior is in good cond. except for the drivers seat bottom has some rips and tears on drivers side. The dash pad has no cracks. The carpet has a few rips and worn spots on the drivers side. The rear springs where replaced by the previous owner with new leaf springs and shackels and ubolts. The car runs drives and stops as it should everything works as it should except for the radio,a/c.and rear window defroster. The apollo has 4 wheel drum brakes and they are manual ( not power) The distrubitor has points in it(not electronic) The paint is not original to car and neither is the color. The original color of the car and interior as near as I can determine was golden nugget. Please look at all pics and read this desc. carfully and ask all questions before bidding. There is no warrenty for this vehicle. I reserve the right to end auction early as car is also for sale locally. I also have a lot of paperwork such as owners manual, bill of sale when car was sold new,a hand written payment note when car was sold to second owner and other papers.
