This van has an electrical problem that prevents the engine from starting without a jump. This can be a challenge in that diesel engines are more difficult to jump start than conventional unleaded gasoline engines and the degree of difficulty increases as the outside temperature decreases. There was a drivers report of a short circuit in the dashboard indicator lights but this cannot be verified until the vehicle is jump started. All branding will be removed immediately before the purchaser takes possession of the vehicle. The branding can be removed by the University's graphics supplier at a cost to the purchaser of $250 so as to result in a completely white vehicle upon delivery. Otherwise, black spray paint will be used to paint over all University branding at no cost to the purchaser.
