I am selling my 1971 Chevy Nova. Let me start by saying this car is one of the most solid original Nova's I have seen.... a very rare find, its original......meaning now one has cut or hacked anything on this car at all, the only thing that I no that is not orginal is the wheels but has new tires on them. I think its in great shape for being 40 years old. The guy that I bought the car from purchased the car new at Byrd Chevrolet in Lebanon Oregon (still has the sticker on the rear bumper) for his mother to drive. And its been in there family every since. He was going to repaint it cause the paint was getting pretty thin in some places that's why there is primer/sealer on the car. He also removed the seals from the doors and the trunk. The car only has two little dings in it one on the trunk and one on the roof where a limb a few years back broke of and landed. This is one of the best Nova's that you are going to find if you are looking to do a restoration project it's 98 percent rust free. The only rust that I have found other than surface rust on a few things is one small place about the size of a golf ball on the driver side floor pan nothing major also the muffler was rusted out was gonna replace it so i cut it off. The car is a numbers match factory 307 car also has original transmission. It's really solid the doors have no sag in them at all and still close like the day it was drove off the lot the trunk is the same way. It has all of the original glass,interior and and trim that came on the car which is rare to find these days it even still has the original jack that came with the car... lol. Its really straight and has all the original sheet metal on the car. It has not been registered since 1992 its been in his garage since then.... It runs good but will need to be put on a trailer to be takin away since it hasn't been driven on the street in 20 years.
