When the truck was almost brand new it was stolen by professional thieves that took it to a chop shop that removed the interior, the wheels and the bed. During the middle of the tear down the chop shop was raided and the truck was recovered. There was no damage to it, however it has a rebuilt title because the interior, bed and wheels had to be put back after the theft. They were put back by a professional so by looking you can't tell there is anything different about this truck but you get a terrific value by getting a rebuilt title. Nothing was touched that affected the drivability, only the looks, and the way it was redone they outdid themselves. This truck takes us where we need to go in comfort and style. Personally, I am one of those people that is just too cheap to purchase one of these trucks brand new and pay the price Ford wants for it so buying it with the Rebuilt title was the way I could have my cake and eat it too. It is a beautiful piece of equipment that will get you noticed wherever you go, so if you like people admiring your ride and you like a bargain, this is the vehicle for you.
