Vehicle Detail

1971 GMC SIERRA 1500 4X4 PICKUP VIN: KF134Z121623 THERE ARE 65 IMAGES OF THIS TRUCK BELOW THE DESCRIPTION! DESCRIPTION: We seldom have an opportunity to sell something this special. Not only are these trucks scarce to begin with, but during the restoration this one was taken to the next level and outfitted with a massive amount of improvements, both visually and mechanically. This 1971 GMC Sierra 1500 4X4 pickup truck is equipped with a just broken in T&L 383 CID stroker engine. It is outfitted with all new internals, Dart Pro1 heads, roller rockers, roller cam, roller lifters, stainless steel headers and dual exhaust system, aluminum timing cover, Holley 750 carb tuned by AEG on an Airgap aluminum manifold, MSD HEI distributor, chrome fuel pump, orange painted aluminum valve covers, March pulley kit, painted power steering pump, 100A black powder coated alternator, aluminum water pump, 8.5mm ignition wires and loom kit, 7 quart custom oil pan with orange paint, and more. The dyno sheet shows that this 1986 4 bolt 350 engine produces over 425 HP @ 4800rpms! It is kept cool by a four core aluminum radiator with an overflow tank and dual electric fans. The heater core and housing with the blower were all changed out at the same time. The Turbo 350 automatic transmission and the transfer case were both completely rebuilt and upgraded with beefy parts including a new torque convertor and u-joints to withstand the additional power. The rear end is a 12 bolt custom locker differential made by Lock Right and it is capped off with a finned aluminum cover. The suspension is (all new) a variable ratio steering box by AGR, new upper and lower ball joints, outer tie rods, drag link, pitman arm, dual steering stabilizers, Mickey Thompson 33 X 12.50 tires, master cylinder & booster, calipers, slotted rotors, brakes hoses and lines, rear drums, wheel cylinders & springs, BDS 4" suspension lift w/ shocks, springs and hardware and front and rear Gorhino Truss Bars. The interior is maxed out with an (all new) wooden steering wheel, seat belts from Julianis, bench seat with new rails foam foundations and houndstooth seat cover, carpeting, custom white face gauges, AM/FM custom radio iPod adaptable, custom dual speaker in original dash location, polished aluminum sill plates, door hinges, window regulators, sun visors, dash pad and other goodies. An outstanding paint job is set off by custom front and rear bumpers, custom headlites converted to new style lights with a heavy duty wiring harness, windshield front and rear as well as side windows. Don't forget the neatly hidden train horns and air tanks with compressor so you can get people out of the way and air up your tires, or whatever else you want, off of the handy coupler. The bed is covered by a roll-up vinyl tonneau and there are two jacks (one large wratchet style and one floor jack), a lug wrench in a stow away canister, a shovel, bed liner, truck cover and lots of other little extras. The small aluminum ladder and detail kit will not be included. We drove this truck quite a distance to shoot the photos and it performed flawlessly on the back country roads as well as at speed on the highways. We noticed no flaws or other imperfections. The exhaust system has a great mellow sound and it runs and drives as well as it looks. We think that speaks for itself. As with all of our eBay Motors listings we try to let the photographs tell the story about the vehicles that we are selling. If you study our multiple images carefully you will see exactly what this truck is all about. Our sixty plus high resolution pictures of this truck, shown below, will do a much better job of describing the look, style, condition and value of this 1971 GMC SIERRA 1500 4x4 pickup truck than our words ever could. We invite questions and comments. VEHICLE LOCATION: SMITHTOWN, NEW YORK 11787 WORLDWIDE SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS AVAILABLE ALL BIDS ARE CONTINGENT UPON OPTIONAL POST SALE INSPECTION.
