You are bidding on a 2004 Honda element. It just passed the New York State vehicle emissions test. This has been a wonderful car that has gotten me to work and school safely for several years. There is damage to the front bumper that does not effect the car except for cosmetics, a dent on the front hood, and a dent on the passenger door. As seen in the photos the seats have wear and a small puncture to the back passenger seat. The one functional issue is the key for the driver side door sticks and probably needs to be replaced/repaired. Also as note there are two keys one to open the doors and the other to turn on the engine. I have owned this car since it was new and it got me everywhere I needed to go.
