1968 Chevy C10 Shortbed Pickup. 2001 6.0 LQ4 (LS) engine and 4L80E overdrive trans conversion. both engine and trans have 50k miles. engine is stock with exception of custom made high flow Air Intake/Filter. new battery and starter. new radiator. rebuilt 3:73 rearend with 20k miles. power steering and brakes. rebuilt stock suspension and steering. new brakes front and rear. runs and drives excellent. everything works. If your looking for a nice daily driver this would be a good truck. The engine and trans are modern design so its much more reliable and you get the added benefits of fuel injection and the over drive trans ect.. its like driving a newer truck in a classic body. This engine and tranny swap has become wildly popular in recent years. The engine is a 6.0 which is the larger version of the 4.8 and 5.3 so it would also be GREAT at towing or hauling loads I planned on lowering the truck and installing custom wheels. Then just drive and enjoy it as a nice classic daily driver. Plans have changed got my eye on a 67 GTO so this one has to go. Please only bid if you have the money.
