A $500.00 deposit by credit card or certified funds is required within 48 hours of listing close. All deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance due in certified funds, wire transfer. In state buyers will be charged MN. sales tax. For out of state buyers who will have a lien on the vehicle we are responsible for collecting taxes and fees for the state where they will be registering the vehicle. Out of state buyers who will not have a lien on the vehicle are responsible for paying taxes and fees to the appropriate state when they register the vehicle. All buyers will be charged a $75 documentation fee and $20 county tax.
