Vehicle Detail
For Sale is this 1938 Pontiac Silver Streak Deluxe. Its been sitting in a hay barn since the mid 1950's. This car is 99% complete (if you don't see it on the car, its in the car). It is 100% original and untouched. It has the straight 8 engine with the $10 optional safety shift 3 on the tree (first year for this option). The floors and frame are solid. It only has a few areas of minimal rust (nothing difficult to fix). I have not tried to start the engine. I do not know if the motor runs or is free. I was told that the car ran when it was parked, but that was over 50 years ago, so I couldn't promise anything. I also have original advertising fliers for this car from the Saturday Evening Post. Also with the car is an 30's or 40's AM radio and control. See pictures below. This would be a perfect car to restore or turn into a hot rod. Its getting harder and harder to find these untouched vehicles. More pictures can be made available upon request. Feel free to contact me with any questions. This vehicle is for sale locally and the auction could end at anytime.
