Offering for sale a beautiful 1976 Chevrolet L48 Corvette Stingray (numbers match). exterior is yellow/interior orginial black leather that is in good condition. The motor and transmission are clean and in very good shape. I purchased this car from Pro Team Corvette (Nepoleon, Ohio) in the winter of 2007 when I had corvette fever. I am a semi-retired law enforcement officer who wants to fund grandson in motorsports and need to free up cash/space,still love the car but can't keep everything. During the time I've owned the car, I have put approximately 2400 miles on it. I have replaced the rear bumper cover due to broken clips, installed a period correct AM/FM radio and 2 box speakers behind the seats, center arm rest pad, cup holders and added the chrome luggage rack. I have replaced the starter, thermostat, spark plugs and wires, valve cover gaskets and serviced the power steering unit,also recently had the carburator rebuilt and the tires are like new. A new carry case for the T-Tops is also included. Other than the carburator,I have had had no major issues with the car.The car is a very nice driver quality car that stays in a climate controlled garage and is used for fair weather weekend drives,cruise ins,car shows,etc.Corvette is not in restored condition but has been very well kept up with,has minor chips in paint that have been tastefully touched up that I have showed in pics so look closely,interior looks mostly original and is in good shape with some stitching coming loose also in pics.Car runs drives as it should,to walk around the car there is nothing wrong paint etc. that draws attention but if looking closely you can pick on it as I said its a nice driver,at shows it gets lots of compliments.This car does NOT have power windows, power door locks or A/C. I consider myself pretty picky with my cars and have friends/family that are car people also so if you would like to call and talk I or one them through a detailed walk around/send more detailed pics of areas of concern I will be more than happy to do so.I bought the car from Pro-Team for more than the starting bid and assure you it is much nicer than when I got it.This is a very nice car that is ready to drive, enjoy and gets lots of looks going down the road.thanks for looking and if you live close enough to come see please do,maybe interested in meeting half way to look at depending on circumstances.
