up for bids is a very nice 1979 thunderbird in the limited production heritage edition.car is 100% original and rust and accident free.i was told i am the 3rd owner and that milage is original at 38,200.i can not verify the milage but judging from the condition of the car i believe the milage is correct.this car is basicly the same thing as the 1978 diamond jubilee.it has almost every available option for a 1979 thunderbird.it has the 351w engine automatic and 9inch rear end.this car was garage kept all its life.it has some small door dings on both sides.to small to show up in picture but can be seen in person if you view at the right angle.this car could be a show car with very little work.i will list the bad things starting with the vynle top.it is the original top and from age it is starting to show some signs of cracking but is usable for now.it is not peeling off at this time.the ac was working when i bought the car but it is now just blowing warm air.the fuel gauge is not working the power door locks do not work.everything else on the car works as it should.the exhaust has a very small leak that you can just barly hear.it is the original exhaust and it is leaking where the two y pipes merge into one pipe.i am selling this car for less than half what i paid for it due to my failing health.my loss your gain.with a little work this could be a very nice car.i require a $500.00 deposit through pay pal within 24 hours of auction end.the balance within 7 days.i prefer cash but i will except certified bank check but car will be held till check clears.it is the buyers responsability for shipping i can help with loading.the car is sold as is where is with no garuntee.i have tryed to give an honest opinion of car but due to people having different opinions of the same thing it is best to inspect the car in person before bidding.please dont bid if you are not going to pay.i will answer all questions to the best of my knowledge.i have a clear michigan title in my name.this is a rust free western car.i brought it to michigan a few years ago.
