This BMW was purchased by our son on ebay when he was a junior in high school. He is now in college and no longer has time nor money to keep this vehicle. As you can see by the pictures, this vehicle is in fair condition. Have tried to photograph most of the places where there is rust. The dings and dents were present at time of purchase. The previous owner stated the 2 large and 2 smaller dents in the hood were caused by the fan when a blade broke off during very cold weather (Has occurred occasionally on other 740i vehicles). The fan was replaced but the dents were never repaired. There are pictures of a few of the plastic trim pieces that are missing. Some blemishes in the paint are also photographed. The interior is in pretty good condition. The leather seats are in good shape as well as the carpeting. The sunroof works (may be touchy). The air conditioning does not work. The dash lights work with the exception of a few pixels (see photo). There is an area on the console that once housed a car phone. The trunk is in good condition and includes a 6 disk CD changer. The vehicle was driven to school for a few years. It has been garaged since. Gas mileage runs about 24 miles per gallon. Does not burn oil and there are no fluid leaks of any kind.
