This GMC pickup is very similar to a Chevy S10. I bought this truck new in January 1999. I have moved and no longer need it. Although I can’t guarantee it, it is reliable to the best of my knowledge and I would have no problem in driving it across country. I used Mobil 1 oil for most of its life and I expect that the engine has a lot of life left in it. The tires are Michelins and have plenty of tread left. The transmission is a manual 5 speed. It has power steering, power brakes, working AC, and CD player. The color is a deep metallic blue. It has the usual dings, scratches and small dents that a 13 year old truck has. There is bondo in the front right fender and the rear left fender from some small dent repairs. The spray paint from that repair has weathered more than the original paint and you may notice that in the pictures. As far as rust goes, there is some small surface rust on some rock paint chipped areas. There are a few small bubbles under the paint above the right rear wheel well. There is a mat for the cargo bed. The only problem I have had recently is that the emergency brake pedal sticks down in cold weather. I sometimes needed a toe under the pedal to lift up and free it. I have WD40’ed it. There are 3 seat belts and the center console folds up. The battery was new this Spring. This is a smoke free vehicle. It has an Illinois title.
