What I have Forsale is a all original 1957 chrysler Windsor Four Door Hardtop with 60,000 original miles on it from california.The car comes with the 331 poly V-8 engine, with the push button automatic on the left side of the dash. options include First year quad head lamps, power steering and power brakes. First thing is, this car has been in dry storage for 30 years in Texas. The car came from a hard core mopar collector. the engine was started periodically up till 15 years ago. first thing we did was to shoot some oil down the cylinders and turn it over.Next we put a new battery in it. The Engine Turns over, but the selnoid will need replaced because it just keeps turning over until you disconnect the battery terminal. We are trying to locate a selnoid, If we do we will try to get the car started.It shouldnt take a lot to get the old gal started. It will need the brakes serviced, they are not currently working.The body is really Nice and straight. This is the most solid car I have ever seen in all the years of dealing in old cars.The interior is original and will need reupholstry, but could be used for a driver. the dash is all there and the interior trim is on the car and in good shape.The exterior trim is all very nice condition and straight.The hood is missing some of the chrysler letters, and thats all thats missing, very complete car! There are a bunch of extra parts in the trunk.The car will be sold on a bill of sale, there is some old paper work in the glove box from the other owners in the past from california. the car will need to be trailered it is not driveable. We can help load the car , you will have to arrange shipping.
