You are bidding on a used 2008 all wheel drive Forester XT Sports with the turbocharged 2.5 liter 4-cylinder 224 hp engine, a great-looking color, andwell-done aftermarket tinted windows. I am currently traveling cross-country so mileage at the time of purchase will be closer to 58-59k than what is listed in this auction or apparent by looking at the photos, which I took last week. The car is in excellent condition and has the rare 5-speed manual transmission. Mechanically the car has not been modified with the exception of a few suspension parts (sway bars and end links), needs nothing, and the dealer recently performed the major 60k service (receipt available). The tires have a good amount of tread left. Cosmetically, as you can see from the photos, the car has a few dings and scratches, with the most noticable being a ding in the front bumper (a few inches high), a dent under the driver-side mirror (no paint loss), a scratch on the passenger side rear door that has been touched up, a scratch on the driver side rear door that needs touching up, and some curb rash on 3 out of 4 wheels. None of these are very noticable from more than a few feet away. The car drives awesome and will beat a stock 2004-2009 WRX to 60 mph. Because the engine is essentially a detuned WRX STi engine, it would be quite easy to transform this car into an STi-like "XTi". If I weren't moving out of the country, I'd love to keep this car.
