In this auction you will be bidding on a 1993 Ford Mustang LX Convertible. This car has low mileage for the year – 74,633. The vehicle starts and runs okay to the best of our knowledge. Some items have been added that are not standard; the more notable ones are – aftermarket seats, aftermarket CD player, Cobra Rims, hood, drag racing shifter, etc. There is some work that needs to be done. The passenger side mirror, hood latch, drivers door latch are all broken, the oil dip stick is in the trunk, there isn’t any parking or rear brakes. The right and left doors do show a little rust along with the paint slightly peeling. The Mustang does have A/C, Automatic Transmission, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Power Door Locks, Power Windows, Cruise Control & AM / FM / Stereo / CD player. This is a salvaged vehicle. According to the Carfax report we pulled a salvaged title was issued in New Hampshire on 3/4/99 and the vehicle was sold at a salvage auction on 3/17/99. We do not have any further information on what happened or what was damaged. This was repossessed by our institution; we do have a Maine title in hand that does not indicate it to be salvaged. The unit is being sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees, implied or otherwise. You may examine the unit, which is located in Farmingdale, ME. Transportation to and from Farmingdale will be your responsibility and you will not be able to drive the unit prior to sale. You are responsible for transportation of the unit; we will not be coordinating shipping or transport. The buyer will also be responsible for understanding the titling and registration requirements in the state where the unit will be titled. This is a repossessed vehicle; the lien will be released upon successful sale of the vehicle (Reserve being met). A $500.00 deposit is required with 24 hours of auction end. The remaining balance is due within 7 business days of auction end. All sales are final and the only payment methods accepted are cash (in person) and bank wire transfer. The bank wire transfer information will be given upon request to the winner. We will not be accepting cashier’s checks, bank checks, personal checks or money orders.
