Vehicle Detail
1965 Triumph T120 Bonneville U.K. home model Matching engine and frame numbers This beautiful Bonnie was purchased new from Browns Cycle in Toronto, Ontario Canada in September 1965 by the previous owner. It was sold in 1974 and never re-registered. The original owner purchased the bike back in 1990. A four year ground up restoration to original specifications was completed in 1995 with no expense spared in its completion. The machine is superb both mechanically and cosmetically; the only flaw is a small area on the front fender where the front brake cable has rubbed through the paint (see photo). The cable has now been rerouted correctly. Stainless spokes and immaculate rims. This bike has been pampered and has never seen rain since its restoration. It is a trouble free reliable running classic. Absolutely no leaks. The bike is now titled and registered in Arizona with an "A" Arizona State title. Since 1995 this bike has won numerous prestigious awards and has been featured in motorcycle magazines. 1st Place--British--AMA Vintage Mortorcycle Days, Mid-Ohio USA 1997 1st Place--British--AMA Vintage Mortorcycle Days, Mid-Ohio USA 1998 Best British--CVMG Fall Classic, Richmond Hill, Ontario Canada 1998 Best in Class--VRRA Vintage Motorcycle Races--Concours, Shannonville, Ontario Canada 2000 1st Place--British--AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days, Mid Ohio USA 2000 1st Place--Brits in the park--Lindsey, Ontario Canada 2000 1st Place--British--AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days, Mid-Ohio 2001 1st Place--British--Riders Concours, AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days, Mid-Ohio USA 2001 Feature article in July 1997 issue of Cycle Canada Magazine The above details were given to me when I purchased this Bonneville. Because my financial situation has taken a bad turn, I must sell this fine machine. I will accept Pay Pal for the $400 deposit at auction end but not for full payment. I will accept cashiers check or bank transfer but these must clear before I release bike and title. I may end auction at any time since this motorcycle is for sell locally. I will assist buyer in shipping but arrangements are buyer's responsibility. Please feel free to ask any questions before bidding. I will answer to the best of my knowledge.
